Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:
3/4 cup milk, reduced fat
1/4 cup canola oil
1 large egg
2 cup all purpose flour, sifted
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup sugar
2 cup frozen blueberries

Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 400 degree F
2. Beat milk, oil and egg in a large bowl
3. Stir in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
4. Fold in blueberries
5. Evenly spread the batter into the lightly greased muffin cups, just 3/4 full
6. Bake in oven for 20-25 minute, let cook in rack and enjoy ;)
