Steamed Salmon with Asparagus

Ingredients:
6 oz salmon
small carrot, thinly sliced
3-4 asparagus, diagonally cut
1 Tbsp soy sauce
little lime/lemon juice
little onion, thinly slice
garlic, minced



2 tsp canola oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Boil water (1/3 full) in a pot
2. Wash, rinse the salmon and pat dry with paper towel
3. Season salmon with salt, pepper and lime juice (both sides)
4. Brown onion and garlic in canola oil
5. Pour the onion and oil unto salmon
6. Arrange the asparagus and carrot on salmon, scatter the garlic unto them
7. Sprinkle with soy sauce
8. Steam for about 20-30 minutes, until salmon is fully cooked

Note: Check the salmon with toothpick. It is done if it comes out clean.
