Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup macaroni, cooked
8-10 shrimp, browned and peeled
1 egg, fried
Some fresh spinach
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Lemon juice from 1 lemon
1 tsp honey
Directions:
1) Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package, rinse and let cool aside
2) Wash and rinse well the shrimp, brown the shrimp with the skin on, season with salt and pepper
3) Peel the browned shrimps
4) Prepare the dressing: lemon juice + honey + EVOO + salt + pepper to taste
5) Pour the dressing unto the salad, add some lemon zest and mix everything well
Note: Simple salad dressings mix 3 Tbsp olive oil + 2 Tbsp acidic juice + 1 tsp salt + 1/4 tsp pepper
