Ingredients:
1 cup of jasmine rice, cooked
2 red bell pepper, halved and seed removed
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard source
1/4 cup low fat yogurt
1/3 cup ground beef
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp dried basil leaves
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 375°F
2. Cook ground beef with onion in cooking oil, season with salt and pepper to taste
3. Mix the warm cooked rice with Dijon Mustard, yogurt, cheese, dried basil leaves and salt
4. Stuff the red bell pepper halve with mixture No.3
5. Top with beef and sprinkle with little cheese
6. Lightly grease your baking dish and bake in oven for 15-20 minutes, or until you smell the fragrance of the pepper
