Ingredients:
1/2 cake of firm tofu, bite sized
3 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp brown sugar (or granulated sugar)
1/2 tsp rice vinegar (optional)
1 tsp canola oil
a pinch of toasted sesame seeds (garnish purpose)
Directions:
1. Heat canola oil and pat dry the tofu
2. With medium to high flame, brown both sides of tofu, 3-4 minutes each side
3. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar and rice vinegar
4. Pour the mixture sauce unto the tofu
5. Turn into small to medium flame, cover the lid
6. Turn the tofu to coat well, ready when the sauce is thicken
7. Remove into a plate and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
