Cookies Chocolate 'n' Ice Cream Cake

Welcome to my first ice-cream cake. 
The following recipe yields 6-8 servings. Enjoy.


Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar (3/4 cup for sweeter effect)
1 egg
3/4 cup sour cream


1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup water
5 vanilla-filled chocolate cookies, coarsely chopped
Semi-sweetening chocolate chips (add with 5 cookies to make 1 cup)
About 1 pinch (470ml) All Natural Boulder ice cream (for topping)

Directions:
(1) Preheat oven at 350 F degree
(2) Cream butter and sugar
(3) Add egg; beat well
(4) Beat in sour cream
(5) Mix well the flour, baking soda and baking powder
(6) Add (4) to creamed mixture alternatively with water
(7) Stir in chopped cookies and chocolate chips
(8) Pour into a greased and floured 9-in round baking pan
(9) Bake for 30-35 minutes, set when toothpick comes out clean
(10) Let cool, then spread the ice-cream over top of cake
(11) Sprinkle with little chocolate chips
(12) Cover the cake well and freeze overnight
