Ingredients:
1 Swai filllet
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp ginger, minced
2 tsp olive oil
salt, pepper, lemon to taste
Directions:
(1) Preheat oven at 350 F degree
(2) Wash and rinse the fillet
(3) Pat dry the fillet, season with salt, pepper and lemon
(4) Place aluminium foil in baking dish, coat with olive oil
(5) Bake the fillet in baking dish, in oven for 15 minutes
(6) Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, garlic and ginger together
(7) Pour (6) over the fillet, broil for 5 minutes
(8) Sprinkle with parsley flake and spring onion, serve immediately over cooked rice
Note: Same recipe applies great to salmon.
