Snow Pea Leaves with Shrimp

This is our first taste on snow pea leaves. This is so yum for quick stir fry with garlic and shrimp. Thumb up!

Ingredients:
1/3 bag of snow pea leaves
2 big garlic cloves, minced
6 big tiger shrimp, peeled and cut into 3 parts
2 tsp canola oil


Directions:
(1) Wash and rinse well the snow pea leaves
(2) Pat dry the snow pea leaves
(3) Heat oil when your skillet is ready
(4) In medium heat, lightly brown the garlic, 3 seconds
(5) Set aside the garlic, turn in the shrimp, brown for 2 minutes
(6) Turn to medium-high heat, quickly stir fry the snow pea leaves, 2 minutes
(7) Add in garlic, stir well, 1 minute
(8) Season with little salt, remove and serve immediately
