8oz linguine pasta
6oz luncheon meat, bite-size
2/3 cup edamame (枝豆)
half medium red apple, bite-size
3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
(1) Cook the pasta according to the instruction on the package
(2) Cook the edamame in (1) for the final 5 minutes
(3) When the cooking utensil is ready, brown the luncheon meat
(4) Drain the pasta and edamame
(5) Toss (4) with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper
(6) Garnish with spring onion and red apple, serve immediately
