RM: Quick Stir-fried Vegetable with Shrimp

Chinese called this as a dish of mixture (杂锦菜) . You are free to make your own selection of ingredients from a variety of vegetables and meat or seafood. I choose broccoli, tomato, radish and shrimp in this dish.

Directions:
(1) Wash and rinse well the vegetable
Tip: make a new cut and bath in clean water for 15-20 minute, let cool in ice cubes or cool aside.
(2) Blanch the broccoli in boiling water with little salt, about 3-5 minutes
(3) Grease your saucepan with 1 tsp of cooking oil
(4) Brown the minced garlic (1-2 cloves of dry garlic)
(5) In medium to high flame, stir fry the shrimp for about 30 seconds
(6) Add in the radish and broccoli, stir fry, about 2-3 minutes
(7) Add the tomato at the end of your cooking, stir fry another 1 minute
(8) Flavor with little soy sauce or oyster sauce (optional), salt and pepper to taste
(9) No water
(10) Serve immediately.

Note: Take another two different fruits to reach the five vegetables and fruits in a day!
