Shrimp Potato with Snap Peas

This recipe serves 2


Ingredients:
50 grams of snap peas
1/4 cup Potato, cooked and cut into cubes
10 grams of shrimp
1 clove garlic, minced
little onion, minced
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup V8 vegetable juice



Directions:
(1) Check for the readiness of your cooking utensil
(2) With 1 tsp vegetable oil, stir fry snap peas with garlic, 3 minutes
(3) Set aside the cooked snap peas
(4) Stir fry shrimp and potato cubes, 3 minutes
(5) Add in V8 vegetable juice, simmer 2 minutes
(6) Mix the snap peas with (5) and serve

Note: Simmer (4) until less watery to yield dryer dish
